Location: Rainham

Contract Type: Permanent, Full-Time

Salary: £47,391.75 per annum, plus commercial vehicle

Hours: Monday – Friday, 42.5 hours per week

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive Senior Supervisor with a can-do attitude to join our team in Rainham. You will be responsible for delivering an excellent service and provide support to our local teams. whilst demonstrating a strong commitment to collaborative working within the local community.

In this role, you will have responsibility for compliance and planned contracts within the London Borough of Havering. This will include managing a small team of Planners and a Supervisor, reporting directly into the Operations Manager. You will ensure full compliance with all Health & Safety requirements, including Damp & Mould (Awaab’s Law) and Fire Risk Assessment (FRA) remedial works.

You will also oversee a small number of planned projects, conduct one-to-one meetings, lead subcontractor review meetings, carry out site visits and post-inspections of completed works, and ensure all activities are delivered on time while meeting or exceeding KPIs and client expectations.

· Experience in an operational environment

· Proven experience in managing people

· Experience in planning

· Experience managing contractors

· Strong attention to detail and excellent customer service skills

· Experience handling complaints & conflicts

· Clear understanding of the importance of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
