In short: you’ll make sure the right products are in the right place, at the right time — without blowing the budget.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Lead and execute the Supply Chain strategy
* Build strong supplier relationships and negotiate effectively
* Drive forecast accuracy, stock optimisation, and service levels
* Partner with Sales, Purchasing & Logistics to keep everything aligned
* Improve processes, reduce costs, and increase efficiency
* Proactively manage risk, delays, and supply issues (before they escalate)
Leadership
* Lead, develop, and motivate the Supply Chain team of 13
* Create a high-performance, collaborative culture
* Own training, development, and succession planning
What We’re Looking For
Senior experience in Supply Chain / Procurement / Logistics Strong leadership — you’ve managed teams and driven performance Expertise in S&OP, forecasting, and inventory management Confident with ERP systems and data analysis Excellent stakeholder management & negotiation skills Calm under pressure (because supply chains love surprises…)
