* Monday to Thursday, 08:00–16:30, and Friday, 08:00–15:30

The Company you will be working with;

MTrec Commercial are proudly representing our prestigious client on their search to appoint an experienced Supply Chain Coordinator on a full time and permanent basis. If you feel you have the required skills and experience, then please apply for an immediate response!

The Role you will be doing;

* The person will largely operate independently, with support set out for holidays, absence and general cover.

* Core responsibility: Manage inbound supplier deliveries, predominantly from Egypt, through to the Hartlepool site.

* Shipment management: Take ownership of planned shipments and provide weekly updates / meetings with Heads of Departments.

* Logistics: Liaise with shipping and transport providers.

* Commercial responsibility: Ensure shipping rates are measured and agreed using FOB (Free on Board) Incoterms.

About You;

* Previous experience in international shipping / freight forwarding, import logistics, supplier coordination is essential

* Egypt / Middle East trade would be welcomed, although this is not essential.

* Highly organised and able to work at your own initiative

* Proactive

* Strong communicator
