The Role

As a Senior Support Analyst, you will be a crucial part of our technical team, providing expert 3rd line support while leading and contributing to IT projects. You’ll be responsible for diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues, working alongside a skilled team, and helping shape innovative solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • 3rd Line Support: Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across Windows environments, Azure, and Office 365.
  • Project Work: Lead and contribute to IT infrastructure projects, ensuring seamless implementation.
  • Technical Expertise: Provide strategic guidance and technical consultancy to clients.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with junior engineers, mentoring and developing their skillsets.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate documentation and reports for client solutions.
What We’re Looking For
  • Proven experience in a 3rd line support role within an MSP.
  • Expertise in Windows technologies, Azure, and Office 365.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Excellent communication skills, with a passion for customer service.
  • Experience in managing IT projects and delivering solutions.
