Then the role of a Senior Support Worker might be perfect for you! As a Senior Support Worker, you'll have the opportunity to supervise and delegate tasks to a dedicated team of support workers, ensuring that values-based support is delivered to the highest standards to the people we support.
You'll be supporting adults on a person-centered basis, from following care plans to administering medication and assisting with daily living.
You will be working partly in the office and will work on shift every other weekend.
As Senior Support Worker you will supervise staff members and delegate responsibilities ensuring values based support is delivered to the highest standard so previous Support Worker experience is essential.
You must have good knowledge of IT skill in Excel , Work and Outlook.
