Job Title: Senior Support Worker - Children's Residential
Location: Holbeach
Salary: £29,203-£30,420 + £3k-£6k from sleep-ins
Hours: 39/week
Driving: Full UK Driving Licence required

We're looking for a Senior Therapeutic Support Worker to join my clients childrens residential home to help support children with emotional and behavioural difficulties in a nurturing, family-style home.

Your Role Includes:

• Support young people's development in a safe, therapeutic environment

• Lead and mentor a care team alongside external professionals

• Maintain records, write care plans, and observe progress

• Act as a positive role model to promote recovery and growth

What You Need:

• Minimum 12 months' experience in a children's residential setting

• Level 3 Residential Childcare qualification

• Full UK Driving License

• Flexibility for shift work and sleep-ins

• Strong communication and resilience
