Job Title: Senior Support Worker - Children's Residential
Location: Stevenage
Salary: £29,200 - £30,400 per year
Hours: 39 per week
Driving: Full UK Driving Licence required

We are looking for an experienced, resilient, and nurturing Senior Support Worker to join our children's residential home, supporting young people with complex emotional and behavioural needs.

What We're Looking For:

• 
  Minimum 12 months' experience in children's residential care
• 
  Level 3 qualification in Residential Childcare (linked to pay)
• 
  Knowledge of therapeutic, child-centred approaches
• 
  Excellent communication, flexibility, empathy, and resilience
• 
  Willingness to work shifts and sleep-ins
• 
  Full UK Driving Licence
