The Opportunity

We’re looking for a proactive and customer-focused Senior Surveys Service Consultant to support the smooth running of our internal administration and reporting processes within the surveys function.

In this varied role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring our survey operations run efficiently and our customers receive outstanding service. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting the Surveys Sales Team by managing availability and coordinating survey bookings


• Allocating survey instructions to the appropriate surveyor


• Communicating survey dates clearly and professionally to customers


• Handling customer queries with confidence and care


• Monitoring the progress and completion of scheduled surveys


• Supporting administrative tasks, including invoicing


• Assisting the Surveys Manager with managing the surveyor panel

About You

You’re an excellent communicator with a friendly and professional telephone manner, and you thrive in a customer-focused environment.

You’ll also bring:

• GCSEs or equivalent qualifications


• Experience in sales and/or customer service


• Strong IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office


• A solid understanding of high-quality customer service standards


• Knowledge of the domestic property surveys industry (desirable but not essential)
