Senior Surveyor

Location: Midlands - covering the wider Midlands, Northern Home Counties & Wales
Overview: Lead advisory work and help grow a high-performing specialist team.

We're seeking an experienced Senior Surveyor to join a Midlands-based team delivering high-quality lease advisory and valuation services to a broad client base. While a significant portion of the work involves Licensed & Leisure and Retail properties, specific experience in these sectors is desirable but not essential - a strong background in general commercial property will be equally valuable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leading lease advisory instructions across commercial property portfolios

• Managing acquisition and disposal assignments

• Overseeing valuation work for a variety of property types

• Driving growth of the valuation offering across the Midlands

Requirements:

• MRICS qualified, with significant post-qualification experience

• Experience within the Licensed & Leisure or Retail sectors is a plus, but not required

• Excellent client-facing and negotiation skills

• Proven expertise in lease advisory and Red Book valuations

• Strong commercial awareness and project management capability

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
