Senior Surveyor

About the role of Surveyor:

As a Senior Surveyor you will manage financial administration of the procurement and payment of subcontractors and other similar bodies operating on Company developments, ensuring the Company achieves value for money and provide regular updates on the financial performance of each site.

About you:

Degree in Quantity Surveying.
Relevant work experience with a property developer or House Builder.
Excellent IT skills (good working knowledge of MS excel and spreadsheets)
Excellent numerical skills and an understanding of financial administration.
Analytical mind and methodical approach.
