Senior System Engineer

My client, a leading crypto trading firm is seeking a Senior System Engineer to provide expert technical support for thier production environment. In this role, you'll thier cloud infrastructure to enhance network performance, troubleshoot kernel performance issues, and address production challenges in real-time. You will also participate in designing infrastructure to support thier office expansion.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver technical support for the production environment.
• Optimize cloud infrastructure architecture for improved network performance.
• Debug kernel performance and resolve production issues promptly.
• Analyze and solve complex network or Linux-related challenges.
• Collaborate on infrastructure design for office expansion initiatives.

• 10 years of experience in Linux production support and cloud environments.
• Strong knowledge of modern Linux systems and systems programming concepts, such as sockets, virtual memory, and process lifecycle.
• Extensive experience with Terraform, Bash, and Python.
• Skills in estimating project effort and ensuring successful project delivery.
• Experience in creating clear and comprehensive documentation for knowledge transfer.
• Previous experience leading a small team is preferred.
