Europe's #1 Integrated Defence Company seeks a talented Systems Engineer to support the design and delivery of next-gen weapons and missile systems, focusing on the front end of the product life cycle.
The Company:
As NATO's leading supplier of state-of-the-art combat deterrents, the team develops Advanced Missile and Defence Systems, providing decisive national security capabilities to our Home Nations and strategic allies.
Notably, a £1.9 billion deal was recently signed to support Poland's border with Ukraine, making it the largest European short-range air defence acquisition program in NATO. Required Skills/Experience:
Security Clearance: British Citizen or a Dual UK national with British citizenship!
Requirements and Use Case analysis
Concept assessment and design trade studies
System architecture design and functional modelling
Performance assessment and systems behaviour analysis
Verification, Validation and Certification
Model-based engineering techniques, including MBSE
Benefits Package:
Base salary:

£45,000 - £55,000 (DoE)
Annual Bonus:

Circa £2,500
Overtime:

Optional paid overtime - flat rate (1.25)

Up to 15 additional days

25 days annual leave plus bank holidays
Pension:

Pension 14% (6% Employee and 8% Employer)

Sick Pay:
