We specialise in recruiting qualified, high-calibre social workers across the UK for local authorities, NHS, private healthcare firms and charities.

As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you'll play a key role in sourcing and placing talented Qualified Social Work professionals into temporary roles for local authority clients across London and the South East. You'll work within a delivery-focused team that prides itself on exceeding client expectations and maintaining the highest compliance standards.

What You'll Do

• Build strong client relationships to understand current and future hiring needs.
• Match candidates to roles by aligning skills, experience, and career goals.
• Source top talent through proactive methods including database searches, networking, and social media.
• Manage the recruitment process from advertising and shortlisting to preparing candidates for interviews.
• Ensure compliance with employment legislation and internal quality standards.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in candidate sourcing and relationship management.
• Background in Qualified Social Work or Care sector recruitment.
• Ability to work to targets and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organisational skills with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
• Has an interest in the Care sector.
