Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring teams to understand roles and shape effective sourcing strategies.


• Own the full hiring cycle: sourcing, interviewing, and guiding offers.


• Manage agency partnerships and ensure delivery meets Chapter 2’s standards.


• Use data to improve hiring outcomes and inform smarter decisions.


• Stay on top of trends in secure identity and digital security to attract top talent.


• Champion Talent Acquisitions projects related to tooling and processes for your client and at Chapter 2.

✅ What You Bring

• Full fluency in French and English, with clear and confident communication.


• 5+ years of recruitment experience, ideally in-house or at an RPO agency.


• Experience designing recruitment strategies aligned with business goals.


• End-to-end (360°) recruitment expertise: you run the process solo with ease.


• Excellent multitasking and organizational skills across multiple roles.


• Proactive, solution-focused mindset with a strong client-first approach.
