What You’ll Be Doing 💡

As a Senior Talent Partner, you’ll play a key role in driving end-to-end recruitment strategies for pharmaceutical roles, ensuring we attract the very best talent in the industry. You will:

• Partner with clients to understand their hiring needs and build effective talent strategies
• Source, engage, and recruit pharmacy professionals, from pharmacists to senior leadership roles
• Leverage market insights to advise clients on hiring trends, salary benchmarks, and competitive positioning
• Build strong relationships with candidates, providing a world-class candidate experience
• Utilize data-driven recruitment techniques and cutting-edge tools to enhance sourcing and hiring efficiency

Your Profile:

• Experience: 5+ years in talent acquisition, with a strong track record in pharmacy or life sciences recruitment
• Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of pharmaceutical roles, licensing requirements, and market trends
