Senior Tax Associate with 8 PQE

A law firm in London are currently seeking a technically strong and commercially aware Senior Tax Associate with 8+ PQE.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable managing tax matters end to end - from structuring and advisory work through to deal execution. You will work directly with clients and partners, managing transactions from a tax perspective, providing strategic advisory services, and helping drive value on complex, often cross-border matters.

NB: The firm is open to reviewing CVs from candidates with 7 years' PQE, provided they bring the right transactional background and expertise, such as a couple of years' experience at senior associate level in a top-tier tax practice.

Who are you?

• UK-qualified lawyer with 8+ years' PQE in tax law (alternatively, 7 years' PQE with the right mix of transactional experience and depth, particularly at senior associate level).

• Proven ability to run matters independently and advise clients with confidence.

• Solid experience across transactional tax, structuring, and advisory work.

• Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach.
