Senior Tax Consultant - Outskirts of Crowborough

Lloyd Recruitment Services are excited to offer an excellent opportunity for a Senior Tax Consultant to join a well-established and friendly professional practice based on the outskirts of Crowborough. This is an ideal role for an experienced tax specialist seeking a varied and rewarding position with potential for career progression.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing an interesting and diverse portfolio of clients
• Preparation of complex self-assessment and partnership tax returns
• Reviewing tax returns prepared by other team members
• Preparation and review of Trust and Estate accounts and related tax returns
• Preparation of 60-day CGT returns
• Providing clients with technical tax advice and planning
• Dealing with new client enquiries and supporting business growth

Essential Skills & Experience:

• CTA, ACA, or ACCA qualified candidates preferred
• Experienced candidates qualified by experience, recently qualified, or part-qualified are encouraged to apply
• Experience in handling Income Tax, Trusts, Inheritance Tax, and CGT
• Experience in a practice environment would be advantageous
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to client engagement
• Self-motivated with strong organisational and time management skills
• Friendly, approachable, and comfortable speaking face to face with clients
