cer Financial are working alongside a Global Mobility Services for a leading professional services provider. We are seeking an exceptional Senior Manager to join a dynamic team.

The responsibilities of the Head of Tax will include:

1. The incumbent will be expected to have experience in building and maintaining strong relationships with a portfolio of clients, identifying opportunities for additional services
2. You will also have experience in develop internal and external networks in order to generate new business and achieve growth targets
3. You will be leading, developing, tracking performance and mentoring team members
4. Collaborating with Corporate Finance and other teams to deliver integrated tax advice, particularly on transactions
5. Assessing client tax positions and developing innovative, tailored solutions to complex challenges
6. Managing projects from conception through to implementation
7. Overseeing financial aspects of engagements, including WIP management and billing

The candidate will have:

1. ACA, CA, CTA, ACCA or equivalent qualification
2. Extensive knowledge and experience in personal tax

Strong technical expertise across Private Client advisory, with includes, Shareholder tax planning, Transaction-related advice, expertise in Key tax reliefs ( BADR and BPR )
