What You’ll Be Doing

• Delivering and adapting educational programs for individuals, small groups, and whole classes
• Supporting the educational, physical, and emotional needs of pupils
• Assisting in the preparation and organization of teaching materials
• Monitoring and reporting on pupil progress and developmental needs
• Providing simple medical aid and ensuring health and safety standards
• Supervising pupils to ensure their safety and promote their educational development
• Implementing and contributing to Individual Development Plans for pupils

About You

• Be able to do the job as described
• Strong communication skills and ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Experience working with pupils in an educational or care setting, including those with SEND
• Positive attitude towards training and continuous professional development
• Basic knowledge of safeguarding procedures and child protection
