Working from their Glasgow office you will oversee desktop deployment and configuration, troubleshoot end-user issues, and manage patching and endpoint security processes to ensure compliance with internal policies and industry standards.

In order to be successful in this position applicants must be proficient in configuring, deploying, integrating, and troubleshooting desktop operating systems (e.g., Windows 10/11) and common productivity applications (e.g., Microsoft Office 365 – Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams. In addition to tools like Microsoft Intune, SCCM, and MDT or similar for automated deployment, management, and security.
