 About the role:

As a Technical Consultant at Sword, you will play a pivotal role in delivering innovative solutions which allow us to develop and maintain our position as trusted technology partners to our customers.

As the pre-eminent provider of technology and data solutions within the UK Energy sector, we're delighted to present opportunities for specialists who are keen to develop into a Consultancy role, with technical expertise in one of the following domains:

• Data and Information Management
• ERP Systems & Applications
• Modern Workplace & End User Computing
• Hybrid Cloud Infrastructure
• Networks
• Telephony
• Cybersecurity
• Operational Technology

 Here's what the role looks like:

• Provide expert consultancy in your area of specialisation.
• Design and implement tailored solutions that meet client needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Stay abreast of the latest technological advancements and industry trends.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops for clients and internal teams.
• Engage in technical pre-sales activities alongside sale and account management colleagues.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a subject matter expert in one of the areas listed above.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Relevant certifications in your area of expertise are advantageous.
