Senior Technical Programme Manager — London / Essex (contract)

We are recruiting a Senior Technical Programme Manager on behalf of a global payments and fintech business, to lead a strategic integration programme currently under way.

The successful candidate will provide leadership and structure across the programme, establishing credibility quickly with senior business and technology stakeholders and operating independently from the outset.

Essential requirements:

• 20+ years in technology programme management, with a proven record of delivering large-scale, complex technology and integration programmes


• Strong executive stakeholder management, engaging senior business and technology leaders to drive alignment, decision-making and execution


• Extensive programme governance experience, including executive reporting, RAID management, weekly stakeholder updates and leading SteerCo and governance forums


• Proven ability to coordinate multiple workstreams, dependencies and cross-functional teams across complex organisations


• Able to establish credibility quickly with senior stakeholders and operate independently

Desirable:

• Experience in the payments domain, particularly merchant acquiring


• Working knowledge of Salesforce (CRM) and SAP S/4HANA (ERP)
