You will drive technical hiring as this startup re-imagines global connectivity. Partnering directly with engineering leadership, you will find, engage, and close exceptional talent to build a high-performance team. This role is critical for scaling engineering excellence while maintaining a high bar for technical chops, product sense, and operational rigor.

What you will do:

• Execute full-cycle recruitment for complex engineering roles, including backend, infrastructure, and technical leadership positions.

• Proactively source elite talent through talent mapping and high-conversion outbound strategies across various technical communities.

• Use data-driven insights to track funnel health, diagnose bottlenecks, and continuously improve the efficiency of the hiring process.

The ideal candidate:

• Significant experience in technical recruiting within high-growth startups or engineering-led product companies.

• Strong technical fluency with the ability to discuss system design, architecture, and engineering fundamentals with senior candidates.

• Proven track record of high-ownership sourcing and closing candidates who have multiple competing offers in the tech space.
