Just 3 minutes from Holborn Station and a 7-minute walk from Tottenham Court Road Station, our modern open-plan office boasts a great communal space, perfect for collaboration and connection The roleWe are looking for a Senior Technical SEO Account Executive (or a current Technical SEO Account Executive looking for their next challenge) with a great understanding of search engine optimisation and the wider digital ecosystem and a strong desire to learn and improve their knowledge. You must be analytical and solution-oriented with unparalleled attention to detail, organisation and communication. The ideal candidate will be responsible for devising the strategy that we deliver to clients from the ground up. You will have a prominent role in shaping the direction of your client’s performance. Key ResponsibilitiesOversee SEO strategies, planning and delivery of all technical & on-site work for your accounts Undertake technical and site speed audits and provide recommendations Supporting our new business team during the proposal/pitching process Develop and nurture the skills of the existing juniors Day-to-day responsibilities might include:

SEO Research work Strategy development In-depth keyword research, keyword selection and keyword mapping. Technical audits & Implementation On-site & content optimisation Performance reporting and learning Clients catch ups/calls

RequirementsMinimum 2 years’ experience in technical SEO, ideally on the agency side. Experience devising successful technical SEO roadmaps Proven track record of executing successful technical SEO projects with performance in mind Knowledge of best practices for crawling and indexing, IA Hands-on knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript Demonstrable experience and up-to-date knowledge of on-site and technical best practices Excellent client management skills

Strong understanding of Google Analytics (GA4), Search Console, ahrefs, SEOMonitor, Semrush, Moz STAT and other industry leading tools Power user of Screaming Frog and other crawling tools such as OnCrawl Outstanding numeracy and analytical capabilities (strong MS excel skills) Impeccable written and spoken English and attention to detail Able to produce client facing documents to a high standard using MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint Understand and communicate technical concepts to different audiences Ability to work well under pressure, autonomously, with an ability to handle competing priorities High levels of initiative, self-motivation and time management
