This is a hands on role supporting both production and development activities across e-motors and inverter assemblies, while also helping improve processes, mentor team members and support continuous improvement activities. The Position You will be responsible for carrying out mechanical and electrical assembly operations to a very high standard while supporting product development and process improvements across the department. You will also work closely with Manufacturing and Development Engineers to help define assembly methods, improve tooling and support investigations into failed units when required.
