Senior Telephony Engineer

We're seeking a Senior Telephony Engineer to join our team and play a pivotal role in a significant programme of work. This is a contract opportunity and will be engaged on an initial 6-month contract.

In this role, you'll be the go-to expert for the Cisco Telephony workstream and will be providing invaluable technical leadership and hands-on expertise from design to implementation.

You'll work within a dynamic environment, contributing to the overall success of the programme.

We are looking for someone with extensive experience and track record with the following:-

• Ability to configure and troubleshoot Cisco CUBEs
• Ability to configure and troubleshoot complex dial plans
• Solid understanding of SIP and be able to perform troubleshooting
• Good knowledge of Direct Routing for Microsoft Teams
• Good knowledge of Cisco CUCM
• Good experience with Analogue technologies (i.e. Gateways. wiring, MDF, Krone etc.)
• Any cabling experience would also be advantageous.
