Location: South West, UK
Salary: £55,000 - £65,000
OTE: £85,000 + CCA

Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly driven and successful Senior Territory Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in new business development and a proven track record of opening new accounts. This role requires an individual who is passionate about aesthetics, beauty, and wellness, and who thrives in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities:

New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory. Develop and implement effective strategies to open new accounts and drive sales growth.
Account Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service and support.

Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to meet and exceed sales targets. Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of our aesthetic capital equipment products and services. Provide product demonstrations, training, and support to clients to ensure successful implementation and usage.

Travel: Spend 3-4 days per week on the road visiting clients, attending industry events, and conducting sales meetings. Manage travel schedule effectively to maximize productivity.
Reporting: Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates to management. Track and analyse sales performance metrics to ensure alignment with company goals.
