Senior Test Design Engineer

We are looking for a highly motivated individual with a strong understanding of the full product realisation process (Conceptualise, Design, Commercialise, Manufacture, Fulfil, and Sustain). You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and possess a strong commitment to quality and continuous improvement. Ideally, you will have: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field 10 + years of experience in test design engineering or a related field. Proficiency in LabVIEW and TestStand. Experience with automated test systems, functional testing, environmental testing. A solid understanding of Lean Sigma principles and tools. Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. You will have the ability to work in a Cross-Discipline team environment Understand Structured Design Ability to develop good working relationships with team members and customers Lab test/measurement equipment Lab tools Great communication skills Supportive leadership teams that value work-life balance through a flexible work environment
