Role: Senior Test Lead

Location: London, UK(Hybrid)

Duration: Fulltime

Key Responsibilities:

• Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with business and IT stakeholders, ensuring alignment of testing strategies with organizational goals.
• Delivery Test Management: Lead and oversee testing efforts for complex strategic programs, ensuring high-quality delivery and adherence to timelines.
• Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of delivery test managers, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Quality Assurance: Drive QA and Quality Engineering practices, leveraging technical expertise to ensure robust testing frameworks and methodologies.
• Industry Expertise: Utilize recent experience in the Insurance industry to align testing approaches with business processes and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a STEM subject
• Excellent stakeholder management skills
• 20 years’ experience in QA / Quality Engineering (technical background preferred)
• 10+ years’ experience in Delivery Test Management on strategic complex programmes
• 5+ years’ managing a team of delivery test managers
• Recent business & IT experience in the Insurance industry
• Excellent conceptualisation and verbalisation skills
