Senior Test Manager

Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead and manage our testing team. This position requires a strategic thinker with extensive experience in quality assurance and testing methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the testing process and ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Develop and implement testing strategies and plans.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a senior testing or quality assurance role.
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Proficiency in automated testing tools and frameworks.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Nice to have

• Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
• Relevant certifications such as ISTQB or equivalent.
• Familiarity with performance testing and security testing.
