We power creator-led selling for standout brands — including Too Faced, Beachwaver, Nature Spell, FreeSoul, and Sports Research — delivering real sales through smart affiliate programs and killer campaign strategies.
We’re looking for a Senior TikTok Shop Campaign Manager to take the reins on our highest-profile brand accounts. In this role, you won't just be executing campaigns—you will be the strategic architect behind our brands' success, the main point of contact for clients, and a leader who empowers our execution teams. If you live and breathe the TikTok Shop ecosystem and know how to scale brands to the next level, we want you.
Strategic Ownership: Build high-level growth strategies and actionable roadmaps to transform client brands into TikTok Shop success stories.
Client Leadership: Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, managing expectations, presenting performance reports, and translating complex data into strategic next steps.
Team & Task Delegation: Lead project workflows, effectively delegating tasks to executives and creators while ensuring flawless end-to-end execution (front & back-end).
Affiliate & Campaign Direction: Oversee high-impact affiliate programs, livestream strategies, and creator partnerships to maximize ROI.
Market Analysis: Keep a pulse on the rapidly evolving TikTok Shop market, spotting macro-trends, algorithmic shifts, and competitor insights to keep our clients ahead of the curve.
Experience: A minimum of 2+ years of hands-on experience specifically managing and scaling TikTok Shop accounts (both affiliate and back-end operations). Livestream management experience is a massive plus.
Market Expertise: A deep, comprehensive understanding of the TikTok Shop ecosystem, its tools, and consumer behavior.
Leadership Skills: Proven ability to manage client relationships and delegate tasks effectively to a team.
Analytical Powerhouse: Strong reporting and analytical skills; you don't just look at numbers, you turn them into growth strategies.
Mindset: A proactive, highly organized, and adaptable leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is ready to get the job done outside the regular 9-5 when campaigns are heating up.
