Location: Cheltenham, Gloucestershire
Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 (DOE) + Bonus + Benefits

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a respected consultancy with a diverse project portfolio spanning residential, mixed-use, and strategic land schemes. The team has built a reputation for delivering high-quality, commercially-minded planning advice across the South West and beyond. As a Senior Planner, you'll play a key role in managing client relationships, leading projects, and mentoring junior staff.

• Provide expert planning advice to a varied client base

• Lead on pre-application and planning strategy work

• Prepare and submit planning documentation and written representations

• Support Directors on strategic land and major developments

• MRTPI qualified (or working toward it with significant experience)

• Proven track record of managing planning applications across sectors

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to manage clients and projects independently

• Commercially astute with strong attention to detail
