• Preparing
  detailed Planning Statements
  
• Representing
  clients at committee
  
• Managing
  Local Plan representations
  
• Supporting
  appeal strategies
  
• Mentoring
  junior planners
  

About You:

• MRTPI
  qualified or nearing completion
  
• Experience
  delivering residential or healthcare planning projects
  
• Confident
  client -facing communicator
  
• Commercially
  aware and solution -focused
  

This role offers strong autonomy and exposure to meaningful
social infrastructure projects.
