role on town centre regeneration and mixed -use urban schemes.

The Role:

• Leading
  planning applications for complex regeneration sites
  
• Preparing
  detailed Planning Statements
  
• Representing
  clients at committee
  
• Managing
  Local Plan representations
  
• Supporting
  appeal submissions
  
• Mentoring
  junior planners
  

About You:

• MRTPI
  qualified or nearing completion
  
• Strong
  experience in regeneration or mixed -use development
  
• Confident
  client manager
  
• Background
  in consultancy, local authority or developer
  
• Commercial
  and solution -focused
