  mid -to -large scale planning applications
  
• Preparing
  detailed Planning Statements
  
• Representing
  clients at committee
  
• Managing
  Local Plan representations
  
• Supporting
  appeal submissions
  
• Mentoring
  junior colleagues
  

About You:

• MRTPI
  qualified or nearing completion
  
• Experience
  across regeneration or mixed -use schemes
  
• Confident
  client -facing presence
  
• Strong
  understanding of the Northern planning market
