• Leading
  planning applications for retail and mixed -use schemes
  
• Preparing
  detailed Planning Statements and retail planning assessments
  
• Representing
  clients at planning committee
  
• Managing
  Local Plan representations
  
• Supporting
  appeal strategies
  
• Mentoring
  junior planners
  

About You:

• MRTPI
  qualified or nearing completion
  
• Strong
  experience across regeneration or retail schemes
  
• Confident
  communicator with clients and stakeholders
  
• Commercially
  minded with strong project ownership
