As our PECS Senior Transport Manager, you'll provide strategic leadership across a nationwide fleet operation, ensuring our vehicles, assets, and transport teams operate to the highest standards of safety, compliance, and performance.
We're looking for an experienced fleet professional to lead a small team of Regional Transport Managers and oversee the effective management of the Prisoner Escort and Custody Services (PECS) vehicle fleet. This is an opportunity to make a significant impact within a complex, highly regulated environment where operational excellence and continuous improvement are at the heart of everything we do.
As Senior PECS Transport Fleet Manager, you'll be responsible for ensuring compliance with PSV Operator Licence requirements, UK transport legislation, company policies, and customer expectations, while maintaining fleet availability, controlling costs, and driving operational performance across the business.
