Senior Treasury Front Office Manager

Job Description

This is a new Senior Treasury Front Office Manager role based in London. This role offers hybrid working flexibility.

What you'll do
Establish the Treasury investments function, ensuring that the firm gets a good return on the balance sheet
Manage debt and investor relations
Develop and execute investment strategies
Identify and assess potential risks associated with investment activities
Oversee the day-to-day management of the firm's investment portfolio
Monitor and analyse investment performance, providing regular reports to senior management.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including finance, legal, and compliance teams, to ensure alignment of investment activities with overall business objectives. Build and maintain relationships with external investment partners and financial institutions.
Stay up to date with relevant regulations and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including reporting and disclosure obligations.

What we’re looking for
Extensive experience in treasury management, likely in a smaller challenger bank or asset manager
Proven track record in strategic financial planning, cash flow management, and risk mitigation.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.
