Key Responsibilities

Own and optimise portfolio performance, driving sustainable and profitable growth
Lead technical underwriting frameworks, including pricing, rules, and policy structures
Exercise underwriting authority and manage complex referrals across the team
Build strong broker and insurer relationships while delivering strategic initiatives

Qualifications

Strong commercial SME underwriting experience with deep technical expertise
Proven ability to manage portfolio performance and pricing decisions
Analytical, data-driven mindset with strong commercial judgement
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
ACII qualified or working towards
