Senior User Experience Consultant

This is a Fixed term contract to July 2025 - Fully remote

Our client is looking for an experienced Content Writer to join their Pensions Digital team. You will have experience in a pensions environment and have written engaging digital content and are able to simplify pension regulatory language to make our digital products, launching at the end of 2025, accessible and readable.

The ideal candidate will possess in-depth experience of writing engaging content that guides users through our self-service platforms.

You will be working alongside design, product, research and engineering committed to creating a customer-led experiences. You will play a crucial part in writing digital content, with a focus on pensions products and helping customers complete digital journeys in an intuitive and accessible way.

Ensure that content complies with regulatory requirements and legal obligations related to pensions, financial services, data privacy, and consumer protection
Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to review and approve content for accuracy and compliance with industry regulations

What are we looking for:
Digital content writing in a pensions environment
Digital content writing across multiple platforms including mobile, website, and socials and some print
Experience of a migration content strategy or involvement in content strategy development
Able to influence wider teams to buy into the importance of customer centric focus and design
