Senior User Researcher

Devonshire Hayes have partnered with a fantastic organisation to help them hire a Senior User Researcher for an initial 3 months (extension highly likely. This role has been deemed to fall inside IR35.

Key requirements:

• Professional user research experience

• Professional experience of working with Service Design, Content Design and User Research

Experience working to the GDS service standard and undertaking service assessments

Advocate for a user-centred approach in design, development and delivery by making research visible to the team

Develop consistent ways of working, in collaboration with other user centred design disciplines

Ability to help an organisation adopt a wide range of user research methods, and to choose the correct methods for the user group and desired outcome.

You will be required to work in the office 1 day per week in the office, 4 days from home.
