Looking for a garage where the team feels like family, the workshop is fully equipped, and the work keeps you engaged?

A well-established independent garage in Ashford is looking for an experienced Senior Technician to join their friendly 10+ person workshop team. With your own ramp, access to manufacturer-level diagnostics tools, and a variety of work from major mechanical jobs to servicing and diagnostics, you’ll be trusted to do what you do best.

What’s on Offer:

• £40,000 - £48,000 basic salary (based on experience)
• No target driven bonuses, excellent pay for honest work
• Own ramp in a high-spec, well-organised workshop
• Use of dealer-level diagnostic tools
• Mon-Fri, 8:00am - 5:30pm (45-minute break)
• Only 1 Saturday per month - but is negotiable
• 22 days holiday + bank holidays
• Free MOT for your vehicle, and on-site parking
• Team outings every year

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Larger mechanical work - timing chains, belts, gearboxes, engines
• General servicing and repairs
• Diagnostic work
