Senior Vice President, Counsel Markets

A qualified Solicitor or Barrister currently licensed to practice in England & Wales with ideally 3-8 years PQE, with relevant experience gained from a leading law firm or financial institution Strong product legal/commercial contractual negotiation experience Experience in one or more of liquidity, payments, custody, collateral, execution services and securities finance products is essential Knowledge of some or all of the regulation applicable to the above products, including CASS, MIFID and PSD2 Understanding of English law security structures Strong legal advisory skills and attention to detail Strong drafting and negotiating skills Able to work under pressure and manage competing priorities Commercial, practical and flexible attitude Able to work collaboratively with strong communication skills Intellectually curious, adaptable, and committed to continuous growth
