The successful candidate will take charge of designing outerwear collections, demonstrating a keen eye for fashion trends and a strong understanding of their UK high street customer base.

Description

• Develop and design creative outerwear collections.
• Ensure designs meet cost and production constraints.
• Conduct market research to stay ahead of fashion trends and consumer demands.
• Present design ideas to stakeholders in the business and key customers, and make necessary modifications based on feedback.
• Work closely with the marketing team to promote new collections.
• Ensure the quality of final product meets the company standards.
• Manage multiple projects and adhere to deadlines.

Profile

A successful Senior Outerwear Designer should have:

• A degree in Fashion Design or a related field.
• Experience in women's outerwear design within a UK high street retailer and/or supplier.
• Experience working with Bangladesh and China is ideal.
• Ability to work at pace.
• Strong knowledge of the latest fashion trends, the UK high street and consumer behaviour.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• A creative mindset and the ability to think outside the box.
