My NHS Trust client is seeking an Senior Workforce Planning and ESR Lead for a 12 month period to cover during a period of change and transformation.

Your role will to be the main source of expertise for the Trust in relation to Workforce Planning methodologies and tools to ensure workforce data is available to inform workforce planning across the whole Trust.

You will lead work with strategic and operational management to understand anticipated, likely, and potential business change including short-term and long-terms, transitional and transformational changes that will impact on future staffing needs, determining anticipated future workforce needs across the whole Trust.

This will include
Scheduling plans for analysis and reporting whole Trust data at senior level approval for external reporting purposes.

To lead the analysis of the current and future workforce, identifying potential gaps, surpluses and shortfalls, skills mismatches and, working with professional leads, identifying strategies, plans and actions to remedy challenges and problems. This information can be highly complex and made up of several components which may be conflicting and where information is complicated.

Candidates MUST have experience of working in a similar role within the NHS and be able to start at relative short notice on a Fixed Term Contract or Secondment basis
