Role Overview

Cobalt is proud to be partnered with a globally renowned real estate investment and asset management firm that boasts an impressive and diverse portfolio across commercial, residential, and mixed-use assets. As they continue to scale their digital capabilities, they are looking to bring in a Senior Yardi Systems Analyst to support the optimisation, integration, and innovation of their Yardi platform across multiple regions.

Role Responsibilities

• Lead the support and configuration of Yardi Voyager modules.
• Gather and translate business requirements into effective Yardi workflows and system improvements.
• Serve as a key liaison between internal stakeholders, global teams, and external vendors
• Manage system upgrades, patch testing, and rollout coordination.
• Ensure data integrity and governance across Yardi and integrated platforms.
• Provide advanced reporting support, including custom reports and dashboards using Yardi SQL/SSRS.
• Develop and document standard operating procedures and user guides.
• Deliver training and system support to users across multiple departments and regions.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying areas for optimisation and automation.

Role Requirements

• Deep technical knowledge of Yardi Voyager, including front- and back-end configuration.
• Experience supporting global or multi-region implementations is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of real estate business processes (leasing, finance, asset management)
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with SQL, Yardi Reporting Tools, and integrated finance systems.
