Senior/Associate Building Surveyor

Key Responsibilities

• Delivering core Building Surveying services, including dilapidations, technical due diligence, and party wall matters.
• Leading refurbishment and fit-out projects, with full project management responsibilities.
• Providing strategic advice to clients on asset management and property maintenance.
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships to secure repeat and new business.
• Mentoring and developing junior team members.

Key Requirements

• MRICS qualified with extensive experience in Building Surveying.
• Proven track record of delivering professional and project services to a high standard.
• Commercially focused, with strong business development skills and an understanding of market dynamics.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, able to build trust and confidence with clients.
• Ambitious, proactive, and committed to driving exceptional outcomes.
