Senior/Associate Building Surveyor

Peace Recruitment are currently assisting a long-standing client of ours, as they search for a Senior/Associate level Building Surveyor to join their Manchester based team.

This multi-disciplinary consultancy is looking for an individual to promote their services and develop existing client base, be responsible for managing projects and mentoring more junior members of staff within the team. You will ensure services provided are managed effectively in line with certain client service level agreements and ongoing requirements.

Our client works with both public & private organisations across multiple property industry sectors, including Commercial, Retail, Student Accommodation, Education and Industrial. Experience across at least one of the aforementioned areas would be required.

Requirements:

Previous experience working within a surveying practice is essential

Relevant degree and MRICS status

Experience within Commercial, Retail, Student Accommodation, Education or Industrial sectors is preferred

Business Development and Team Management experience would be advantageous

Work with other members of the team to provide complete property services to clients

Willingness to travel, with a number of clients based in the West Yorkshire region

On offer:
- Salary DOE:

Senior

£40,000 – 50,000

Associate

£50,000 – 60,000
- Car Allowance between £3600 – 4800 DOE
- Team Bonus averaging between 5-10% (level dependent)
