Job Description - Senior/Lead Designer (Experienced)

At Zaha Hadid Architects, we are seeking to hire an experienced Senior/Lead Architect on a fixed-term, full time contract to join our growing team in London. The ideal candidate should have strong detailing and delivery skills, with substantial coordination and construction stage experience (RIB 3+).

Coordinate with consultants, contractors and suppliers
Produce details and construction drawings
Work independently to resolve design and technical issues
Research products and specifications

Effective communicator when describing complex ideas for drawings or models
Collaborative and influential team leader and team player
Highly organised, effectively managing your time and that of others.
Confident in exercising judgement, making, and implementing reasoned decisions.
Professional always and leading by example.
Enquiring and adaptable.
Self-motivated and self-critical.
Willing to develop, learn and go the extra mile.

Must demonstrate Revit proficiency.
Strong technical knowledge in coordination and detailing.

Qualified Part 3 Architect (or equivalent international qualification) with demonstrable and relevant experience of working in practice.
Previous experience of working on large scale, complex projects is beneficial.
Experience delivering packages at RIBA stages 3+ or equivalent.
