This consultancy is well-establiSenior or Principal Planner to join their team in Colchester.shed across England and Wales, with a reputation for providing expert advice in planning, development economics, and design. Known for its creative and collaborative approach, the team supports major developers and housebuilders on some of the UK's most exciting and challenging projects.

As part of the Colchester team, you will contribute to a variety of significant projects, including strategic planning, development management, and project coordination for both private and public sector clients. The consultancy is looking to appoint an established planning professional with the following attributes:

• MRTPI Chartered

• A strong commercial understanding and the ability to apply planning knowledge within a broader property context

• Excellent written and analytical skills, with confidence in communicating at all levels

• A proactive, energetic approach and a desire to learn and progress

• Strong client-facing skills and experience managing projects
